At FHIIT we believe that variety works best to challenge and engage both body and mind, so we are offering the best of challenging ONLINE CLASSES for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

For those who need an extra push, we are offering PERSONAL TRAINING and SMALL GROUP TRAINING to accommodate your busy schedules.

Our NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS are all operated virtually with a "hands on" approach with daily check-ins and guidance.

Theresa Eppolito is the owner of FHIIT Bodyworks. She opened her dream fitness studio in 2017 and was able to experience the most amazing community of health-forward individuals. She lead the Syracuse, NY fitness community with innovation, originality, commitment and integrity. The last 20+ years of her career she has spent in the fitness industry in marketing and sales and most importantly, fulfilling her passion of instructing various fitness classes throughout the Syracuse community. Theresa is very experienced in teaching various formats of fitness as well as serving different populations and fitness levels. She enjoys evolving with the industry and continuing her education.

After closing the studio in 2022, Theresa is now focused on the individual and dialed in her skills to a encompass a wholistic and individualized approach to aging and health. Theresa is a Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach, Exhale Barre Certified, Barre Intensity Certified, Barre Above Training, PiYo Certified, TRX Certified instructor, Pilates suspension method instruction, Certified Zumba instructor and a Personal Trainer.
