Downtown Syracuse, NY has its own funky, versatile and full service barre fitness studio all to itself!! At FHIIT we believe that variety works best to challenge and engage both body and mind! Our Syracuse Barre studio offers an array of classes that run daily to test your entire body in different ways. We host 30 minute and 1 hour classes that will focus the mind, challenge the muscles and increase heart rate in order to leave you feeling accomplished!
Our classes are fun and challenging for everyone, yet we offer modifications to all who enter our studio. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend! Our class line up includes Barre, Cardio HIIT, Yoga, TRX, PiYo and trampoline fitness. We offer personal training sessions, class passes and unlimited monthly options!

Theresa is the owner of FHIIT Barre and Bodyworks and she cannot wait to see you in class. The last 15 years of her career she has spent in the fitness industry in marketing and sales and most importantly, fulfilling her passion of instructing various fitness classes throughout the Syracuse community. Theresa is very experienced in teaching various formats of fitness as well as serving different populations and fitness levels. She enjoys evolving with the industry and continuing her education. It has always been her life long passion to have her own studio and provide her clients a wholesome place where they can achieve their goals. Theresa is Exhale Barre Certified, Barre Intensity Certified, PiYo Certified, TRX Certified instructor, Certified Zumba instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer.

Dawn is a former nurse and a full time mother of 2. She has been practicing barre for the last 3 years and has taken her love of fitness to the next level. She has been training and practicing diligently and the hard work has paid off. She recently attended an instructor certification training for both Barre Intensity and PiYo.

Aleece is a Syracuse University alumnus who has always had a passion for food, fitness and working with others. She played competitive volleyball through college and always enjoyed creating workouts for the team. After college she moved to Boston for graduate school and discovered her love for teaching group fitness, particularly Spin. Her busy schedule left her facing high stress, daily fatigue and digestive issues. Aleece turned to yoga as a means of self-care and homeopathic remedy. She became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2018 and has since used her yoga to help staff and students at her jobsite to live more mindfully. Aleece loves teaching yoga to all level students especially beginners so don’t be shy to come try out her class! She also loves educating people on the importance of established yoga and exercise practices including breath awareness, muscle recovery and meditation. Her favorite type of yoga class to teach is an upbeat vinyasa style flow that pairs heat and movement with deep stretch and mobility moves. She looks forward to meeting all the FHIIT ladies and gentleman during the upcoming months!
